Vote : Who will be the overall win of 2012 olympic?

There are two methods of using to decide who is the winner of olympics.
 1) The country who wins most gold medal.
2) The country who win most overall medal.
Most of the counties using method one to decide who is the winner but USA and few countries using overall medal count to decide who is the winner. But problem is both methods have there own faults.
Eg 1: If  country A have 10 golds and country B have 11 bronze medals then  who is the winner. if someone use second method to decide who is the winner then its goes to the country with 11 bronze. Yes its looks unfair.
Eg 2: If country A have 1 gold and country B  have 10 bronze medals then  who is the winner? If we use first method to decide then winner is the country with 1 gold medal. Yes its sound unfair too.
Considering above facts i have decide to to introduce system to decide who is the winner base on marks. To do this We offer 5 points to gold, 3 points to silver and 1 points to bronze.
Then who is the winner of above two examples?
Eg 1 : Country A- 10x5=50
           Country B - 11x1=11
Winner is Country A
Eg 2 : Country A- 1x5=5
           Country B - 10x1=10
Winner is Country B

According to the votes cast by reader Sun Yang has gained over 75% of votes and heading towards Olympic as firm favorite. Reigning Olympic and world champion Park Tae Hwan has gained over 18% of votes for the second spot. Sun Yang gained voters favor thanks to his last September 3:40.29 performance.
